Who we are

EverWhite Smile Boutique ("EverWhite," "we") operates the website at everwhitela.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, who receives it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only. 1. Email sign-up forms

The Site has an email sign-up field in the footer and a welcome pop-up. The footer field asks for your email address. The pop-up asks for your email address, first name, last name and, optionally, a phone number. When you submit either form, that information is sent to Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), the service we use to manage our email list and send you updates from EverWhite. Your browser may also keep a copy of the email address you entered so the Site can remember that you signed up.

Please do not enter health, dental or appointment details in these forms. They are for mailing-list sign-up only. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

2. Website hosting and built-in analytics (Framer)

The Site is hosted on Framer. To serve pages, Framer's servers receive the technical data any web request carries, such as your IP address and the page requested. Framer's built-in site analytics are cookie-free: they do not use cookies or persistent identifiers, and they count visits using a hash of IP address and browser user agent with a salt that rotates daily, giving us aggregate page-view and referrer statistics.

3. Advertising measurement (Google Ads)

Unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal (see section 6), the Site loads a Google Ads measurement tag so we can tell whether our Google search ads bring people to the Site. Through it, Google may process the address and title of the pages you view (which, for our service pages, includes the name of the public service page you are on), the address of the page that referred you, your IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers set by Google, and, if you arrived from a Google ad, the advertising click identifier attached to that visit.

The tag also records two generic interactions: a click on a "Book" link that takes you to our scheduling provider, and a click on our telephone number. We do not intentionally add your name, contact details, anything you typed, a treatment or service name, a price, or the number dialed to these signals. We have turned off Google's ad-personalization signals for this tag and have not enabled Google's enhanced-conversions features. Google may still show you ads based on your own Google account settings and your activity elsewhere, which we do not control. How Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Manage Google ad settings: adssettings.google.com.

4. Online booking (NexHealth)

When you click "Book," you leave the Site and enter appointment details in the booking experience of NexHealth, our online-booking provider, at app.nexhealth.com. Information entered in the NexHealth booking experience is subject to NexHealth's privacy notice and any applicable agreements with EverWhite. The Site itself does not ask for health or appointment details.

5. Other third-party links

The Site links to Google Maps for directions and to Spotify for our playlist. Once you follow those links, the information you provide is governed by those companies' policies.

6. Cookies, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The Site itself sets no tracking cookies. The Google Ads tag described in section 3 uses Google cookies; you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and the Site will still work. The Site honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: when your browser sends it, the Site does not load the Google Ads tag at all. The Site does not otherwise respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, for which no common standard exists.

7. Your information and your choices

To ask what sign-up information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email info@everwhitela.com or call (310) 208-0007. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. To stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link in any message from us. We do not sell personal information collected through the Site for money.

Patient records are handled separately from this website. Contact the practice for information about how patient information is protected.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through the Site.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how the Site collects or uses information, we will post the revised policy here and update the effective date at the top of this page.
